Booking System

The system operates as follows:

• As each priority booking periods opens, forms are processed in the order in which they were received.
• Patrons’ and Friends’ season ticket applications will be processed in the appropriate priority period.
• General season tickets will be processed just prior to other General bookings.
• General booking forms will be processed in the order in which they were received. Will we then activate the online booking system in early August.

So, regardless of the category your form is in please return it ASAP. The sooner we get your form the better chance you have of getting the tickets you want.

Forms can be posted or delivered by hand to our office in the Old Police Station in Chipping Campden High Street. Hand delivered post can be left in the Festival post box on the ground floor next to the lift.

Box Office

Because about 90% of tickets are sold during the early postal booking periods, and then online, a physical box office is only open during the period of the festival itself. At this time tickets will be on sale from our office on the second floor of the Old Police Station. The box office is normally open from 11am-2pm each festival day apart from weekends. However, it is dependent on volunteers, so there may be odd moments when it is not open.

If you find the office closed please leave booking forms in our post box on the ground floor next to the lift and we will process them as soon as possible.

Receiving Your Tickets

You will receive an email confirming payment and listing the tickets allocated to you. All you need to do is to print out the email and that will be your ticket. If you prefer, you can just keep the email on your phone and present that on the door. We will have a list on the door of all bookings for each concert. This system also ensures that, should the need arise, we automatically have contact details for all attendees.
NB – for those of you who do not have an email address, we will post you confirmation of the tickets allocated. This will be a time consuming process so please avoid us having to do this if you possibly can.
NB – Please remember to indicate on the booking form whether you will accept tickets for the day’s other performance if your first choice is not available.

Season Tickets

Save up to 40% off the full prices!

Season A.
A top price seat for all concerts. The full value is £490 but these are offered at £343 – 30% discount.

Season B.

A second price seat for all concerts. The full value is £420 but these are offered at £294 – 30% discount.

Season C.

A third price seat for all concerts. The full value is £330 but these are offered at £198 – 40% discount.

NB – Please indicate on the booking form whether you are booking for early or late performances.

Seating

All seating will be socially distanced and if your booking includes people not in your household you must be happy to be all seated together.

We respectfully request that you sit only in the seats allocated to you. Moving to any other ‘empty’ seats will not be allowed. 

Refunds Policy

Tickets are not refundable, except in the case of cancellation of a performance. We make every endeavour to ensure that works performed are as advertised, but artists reserve the right to alter their programmes and no refunds can be made on the basis of them playing a different programme from the one advertised.

We accept tickets for resale only when performances are completely sold out. If we succeed in reselling tickets, an administration charge of £5 will be made per pair of tickets. Please contact the box office 01386 849018 or email

Gift Aid

We are able to claim gift aid relief on Patrons’, Friends’, Orchestra and other donations (but not on tickets sales).

Payment

Wherever possible we prefer to receive payment by Debit or Credit card because if we have to offer lower priced tickets than requested, we can process the sale for the exact amount which avoids having to send refunds.

If a cheque is necessary, due to tightening up on Bank regulations, it is now important that it is made out exactly as our registered account name.
Cheques must be made payable to –
