I am thrilled to welcome La Serenissima to Chipping Campden and offer heartfelt thanks to Diana Woolley for sponsoring this concert. In addition to the concert, La Serenissima will also be offering a daytime workshop for young primary aged students.

Founded by Adrian Chandler, this award-winning ensemble marks its 25th anniversary season with a CD release and UK tour of its flagship programme The Godfather which showcases iconic works by Pisendel, Telemann and JS Bach and the Italians that inspired them – with a blazing line-up of strings, wind, trumpets and timpani. It promises to be a festival highlight.
